Troubleshooting
Fixes for the most common problems. Start with the status panel: it usually tells you what's wrong.
First step: turn on the status panel
Go to ESP › On-Screen Info and turn on Show Debug Info. A panel appears in the top left corner of the screen. Lines that need your attention are shown in red. Take a screenshot of it when you ask for help.
| Status panel line | What to do |
|---|---|
| SP32DMA-AIO and a version number | The tool version you are running. Include it when you ask for help. |
| DMA card: NOT CONNECTED | If you pressed the panic key, press it again. Otherwise check the card's USB 3 cable, then click Settings › General › Connection › Reconnect. |
| Game: NOT FOUND - start the game first | Start Call of Duty on the game PC. Check that your game is on the Supported games list. |
| Platform: UNKNOWN - tell us which store you use | The tool couldn't tell which store your game is from. Tell your seller which store you play on. |
| Game data: NOT LOADED for this version | The game has updated and the tool doesn't support that version yet. Start the tool again later to get its update. |
| Game data: ... items MISSING (game updated?) | The game probably updated. Try Reload Game Data, and start the tool again later to get its update. |
| Startup: incomplete - RESTART THE GAME to fix | Close Call of Duty, start it again and wait for the tool to pick it up. |
| Overlay: ... fps DMA: ... fps | How fast the overlay draws and how often the player data refreshes. Neither one is your game's FPS. |
| Data: none yet | The tool is still starting, or no game is running yet. |
| Data: STOPPED | The tool stopped getting game data. See The ESP freezes or stops. |
| Match: menu or loading | Normal outside a match. Players show up once a match starts. |
| Players: ... found, ... on screen | How many players the tool sees and how many it draws. |
| Hidden by: Max Distance, Visible Only, Team Check, no health, off screen | Shows up when some players aren't drawn, with how many each reason hides. Change that setting if you want to see them. |
| Skeletons: ... of ... players | How many players have a skeleton right now. Everything else still works for the rest. |
| Skeletons: off (...) | Skeletons aren't available right now. The reason is in brackets. Boxes, names and the rest still work. |
| Aim device: ... | Your aim device isn't connected. See Aim device status messages. |
| Aim: on (key held) | The aimbot is on and you are holding ADS or shoot. The lines under it show the target, how many players are inside the FOV circle and which body part it aims at. |
| no target (... players seen) | The aimbot has no one to aim at. The line under it says which setting skipped the most players. |
| no bones - aiming at body position | That player's skeleton isn't available, so the aimbot aims at their body instead. |
Common problems
The tool says "Hardware not detected."
- Make sure the game PC is turned on and the DMA card is firmly in its slot.
- Plug the card's USB cable into a USB 3 port on the tool PC. Try another port or cable.
- Keep all the files from the download together in the tool's folder.
- The tool keeps trying on its own, so you don't need to restart it after fixing the cable.
It says "Waiting for game..." and nothing happens
- Start Call of Duty on the game PC.
- Check that your game is on the Supported games list.
It says "Game detected." but never "Active."
- Give it a minute after the game reaches its main menu.
- If the game just updated, the tool may need an update first. See Game updates.
- Check that your game is on the Supported games list.
- Close the game, start it again, then wait for the tool to find it.
No players show up
- Join a match. Players don't show in the game's menus.
- Check that ESP Enabled is on and Max Distance isn't too low.
- Turn off Visible Only and Team Check to see if players appear.
- Check the status panel for a red line.
- If you can't see the overlay at all, check the overlay Monitor and Overlay Mode. See Display setup.
Enemies show as teammates
This can happen in modes without teams, such as free-for-all.
- In Black Ops 7 the tool spots free-for-all on its own, so this should not happen there.
- If it still happens, or in another game, turn on Advanced in the corner of the ESP section, then turn on FFA Mode. See Free-for-all.
- Turn FFA Mode off again before you play a mode with teams.
The ESP freezes or stops
When the tool stops getting fresh data during a match, ESP PAUSED - WAITING FOR GAME DATA shows on the screen. The ESP comes back on its own when data arrives again.
- Click Settings › General › Connection › Reload Game Data.
- If that doesn't help, click Close Connection and then Reconnect.
- Check the DMA card's USB cable. A loose or poor cable is a common cause.
- Run Settings › General › DMA Card › Re-run Speed Test. A slow card gives a slow, choppy ESP.
- If the tool PC is a laptop, plug it in.
The ESP doesn't line up with players
- Use the same resolution on the game PC and the tool PC.
- Check that the overlay is on the right Monitor.
- If boxes are too small, raise Box Size.
- See Display setup.
The aimbot does nothing
- Check the aim device Status in the Aim tab. It should say Connected. Use Test Output to check it moves.
- Check that Enable Aimbot is on, and that Always On, Enable while ADS or Enable while Shooting is ticked.
- Check Game Input in the Aim Device section. Set it to Mouse if you play with a mouse, or Controller if you play with a controller or an XIM. It starts on Controller.
- Make sure the target is inside your FOV and within Max Aim Distance.
- With Visible Only on, players behind cover are ignored.
- If the tool showed Limited hotkey support when it started, restart it, or use Always On or a controller.
- The status panel's Aim lines say why there is no target.
The aim feels too fast or too slow
Change Aim Speed to match your in-game sensitivity. In Assist mode, change Assist Strength. See Aim tab.
The aimbot goes for teammates
- Turn on Ignore Team.
- If FFA Mode is on, turn it off. While it is on, it shows at the bottom of the ESP section.
- Mark players you never want targeted as Friend in the Lobby tab.
The triggerbot doesn't shoot
- Check that your aim device is connected and Enable Triggerbot is on.
- Check its activation options. By default it only works while you ADS.
- Raise Fire Radius a little, and check Visible Only and Max Trigger Distance.
Auto Ping doesn't ping
- Check that the aimbot works first. Auto Ping only pings the enemy the aimbot is locked onto, and only while that enemy is visible.
- If you play on controller through an XIM, map the middle mouse button to D-pad Up in your XIM config. Without that the press never reaches the game.
- If you play with a mouse, make sure ping is on the middle mouse button in the game's keybinds.
- See Auto Ping for what the tool presses with each aim device.
Radar, minimap or tac map dots are missing or in the wrong place
- They only show during a match.
- For in-game minimap dots, set Range Scale first, then use Show Map Outline to fix the position and size.
- Tac map dots only show while the tac map is open in the game.
- See the Radar tab.
The overlay covers my screen and I can't click anything
- Press Insert to close the menu. With the menu closed, your clicks go straight through the overlay.
- To close the tool completely, open the menu and use Settings › General › Close Tool. Click it twice.
"SP32DMA-AIO is already open"
Only one copy can run at a time. Close the other copy, then start it again.
The tool closed by itself
If the tool crashes, it saves a crash report (a .dmp file) in its folder. Send it to your seller with what you were doing at the time.
